B9 Building — September 2026: Opening of 14,000 m² of mixed-use spaces, including offices and laboratories, to welcome pioneers.
Scale-up capacity: Industrial production units and an in vivo platform to move from research to market launch.
Tech & AI: A sovereign GPU data center to power TechBio and digital health.
