On behalf of a high-growth Medtech startup specializing in innovative orthopedic surgery (Class III devices), we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This pivotal role involves structuring the company’s growth, leading a major fundraising round, and driving international strategic deployment.

Your Responsibilities:

Defining and executing the company’s overall global strategic vision.

Leading a significant fundraising campaign (Series B/C, >€10M) with institutional and private investors.

Developing and implementing the international Go-to-Market strategy.

Operational leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team within a demanding regulatory framework (Class III).

Representing the company to health authorities, industrial partners, and the surgical community.

Profile Required:

Education: Advanced degree (Engineering, Business School, or PhD/MD) with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience: Proven success as a senior executive (CEO/COO) within the Medtech sector, ideally in orthopedic surgery or Class III implants.

Expertise: Solid track record in significant fundraising and international business development.

Soft Skills: Charismatic leadership, resilience, strategic vision, and the ability to engage investors around disruptive technologies.
