Founded by seasoned professionals from the life sciences sector, HMC Matching’s mission is to connect the best experts to specific business challenges. The HMC name reflects our commitment to recruit, support and advise with precision, to ensure real impact.

We’ve built a unique model where each customer benefits from a customized solution, designed by experts, for experts. This approach enables us to respond in a targeted way to our customers’ complex needs in terms of resource management, reorganization, optimization and strategic consulting. The HMC Matching model delivers tailor-made, pragmatic solutions.
We firmly believe that it is possible to rethink consulting and recruitment with a more human, more agile approach, truly focused on the specific needs of each company. Our organization is built on a solid yet flexible structure, bringing together over 2500 experts across
6 specialized business communities. These communities lie at the heart of our collaborative approach, uniting talents with specialized and complementary skills who regularly share insights, best practices, and sector innovations.


Each community is led by an Ambassador, a recognized HMC Matching Angel Expert in his or her field.

Our ambassadors rigorously assess candidates' technical and personal skills; This ensures the best possible match between the needs expressed, the aspirations of the profiles and the solutions proposed.

Animating our communities of Expert Angels and candidate pools

By sharing best practices and facilitating exchanges, our ambassadors strengthen cohesion between Expert Angels, candidates and companies. They encourage constructive interaction, enabling everyone to benefit from each other's experience and identify relevant opportunities. This contributes to the development of strong, lasting relationships between members of our communities.

Supporting companies in their operational and strategic issues

Ambassadors focus on understanding the specific challenges faced by companies, whether operational or strategic. Armed with this understanding, they propose tailor-made solutions and identify the most relevant profiles to meet the challenges at hand. Their role is to act as true partners, contributing to the success and growth of organizations.
